Carlos Deleon started as a groundsman, advanced to climber and foreman, and eventually oversaw crews, checked jobs, and provided estimates.

Deleon's began in 1999 with a regular truck, hands-on experience, and the determination to build something better for his family. Carlos kept climbing, saving, and reinvesting—first a chipper, then a chipper truck, more equipment, more climbers, and the team behind Deleon's today.
